"And the Winner Is"........

Well, Daren came home from work last night, with some very EXCITING news for himself. As most of you know, Daren is working at Christensen Arms as their Marketing Editor. He puts together there hunting shows that are on the Outdoor Channel.

Anyway John Mogle, the president for Christensen Arms, got a call from the t.v. nomination board saying that, Christensen Outdoors has been nominated for awards in two categories by the Sportsman Channel:
* Best Big Game Hunting Show
* Best Hunting Show Opening
The award will be presented in Orlando Florida this week. John told him, "over all the years they’ve been doing the show this is the first time that we’ve ever been considered for any type of television award."

I just want to tell you guys & gals, Daren was jumping out of his skin with EXCITEMENT, and he should be! I have to tell you all of what he said to me, cause it was so funny and cute! He said, "Krisell, and since I’m the shows producer/editor that makes me one hot SOB!" Funny HUH!! I have laughed all day!

I really wanted to put this on the blog because he never will tell people his exciting new! (And YES DAREN, this is very BIG EXCITING NEWS! To us Gunnisonites, this is like an OSCAR NOMINATION!!!) HA HA

Daren has worked very, VERY hard to teach himself how to do this television stuff, and has put in tons of hours to make sure his shows look good!

I am very proud of you Dare! You work so hard at everything you do! You are not just a wonderful business man, but an Amazing DAD & HUSBAND. We all want to tell you how much We Love You and How Proud we are to have you as our DAD & HUSBAND!

I am just going to put down the websight to the YOUTUBE video Daren did a couple of months ago, with Barry Bonds. It was the most watched video for a few days there!
